During my tenure at Deloitte Consulting, I assisted specialty, biotechnology and global pharmaceutical companies establish the value of their drug product in a licensing deal. This process is very similar to a local market analysis I use to identify the value of the home you’re selling or buying.
In my own consulting business, Acumen in Motion, I helped service businesses with their pricing, message strategy, positioning, and marketing. The ultimate goal was to make my client’s offering stand out in a crowded market. In real estate a comprehensive and well-executed marketing plan is critical in differentiating your home in the market.
In addition, I’ve routinely negotiated numerous transactions involving 6-figure, 8-and 9-figure multi-million-dollar deals. These skills will be utilized in guiding the real estate process to achieve a meeting of the minds between the seller and buyer which is critical to come to an agreement.
